Note that the maximum number of pages is 5 for papers describing Research Tool Demonstration and Case studies, and 1 page of abstract for regular papers describing New research and work in progress. Submitted papers must represent original material that is not currently under review in any other conference or journal, and has not been previously published. IEEE specification based Latex and MS-Word templates for paper submission are available here.

There will be opportunity for conference presenters to publish extended versions of the accepted papers in the form of a book, edited by Professor Zaigham Mahmood (of Univ of Derby UK and North West Uni S Africa) and published by Springer Verlag.
