Registration is required for all participants. To be published in the proceedings, every accepted paper MUST have at least one registered author at the Full Rate and must be presented at the conference. For authors with multiple papers, one full registration is required for one paper and half full registration is required for the other papers.



Each accepted paper must have a valid registration and the camera-ready version uploaded with copyright form via EASYCHAIR by April 11, 2014 to be published in the proceedings.



Registrations include: Admission to all technical sessions,  coffee breaks, banquet dinner, two lunches, and one copy of the proceedings.
